What you can expert

  • A combination of treatments and information to understand your body, clear blockages and recharge whilst experiencing the charm and relaxation the island offers (with some drinks, fun and great food too). No kale smoothies on this retreat!

  • A chance to begin to understand your whole body better, in a holistic way. Holistic meaning whole. We will discuss how emotions and thoughts affect your health, discuss key systems in the body and how to help them, do some gentle guided meditations, look at chakras and meridians.

  • Each morning will begin with a selection of groups discussions, workshops or body meditations followed by 1:1 treatments and group adventures or free time for you to create your own Ibiza experience.

  • Our charming rustic Villa is situated in the South East of the Island in the outskirts of Santa Eularlia. The villa has a private pool for us to enjoy and is within walking distance to several sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, a marina and shops.

  • Or if you would like to venture further afield, there are local buses and boats to visit stunning Ibiza old town, local towns or neighbouring island, Formentera.

  • Our group itinerary will be for all of us to enjoy and of course 1:1 treatment time plus, a lifestyle assessment, airport transfers, breakfast each day, a private chef experience, guided coastal walks, a trip to the original hippy market, paella on the beach, dinner in a local spanish run restaurant and lots more …

Why Ibiza…

I have been coming to Ibiza for as long as I remember. It feels like my spiritual home and a place I can come to recharge. The island has ancient healing properties and I think my energy has always recognized that long before I understood what it was. I’m combining my love of the island and my therapies to bring a unique retreat experience.

About the Villa

Full of rustic charm our villa consists of a large indoor lounge and dining area, kitchen, utility area.

There are 5 bedrooms, 1 sleeping 4 people and 4 x twin rooms. 3 bathrooms each with varying facilities and varying size balconies. Each room is different and can have single or twin occupancy (prices will vary)

Outside there are many seating areas, a large pool, sunbeds, undercover meditation / dance area and outdoor BBQ and seating and a gate leading straight to the sea.

WiFi, shower gel, indoor towels and toilet rolls are included

I will provide the kitchen with with water, tea, coffee, snacks and mixers for you to use throughout the stay. Please bring alcohol you may want (duty free is best)
